Industrial park

Industrial park with a total area of 22 hectares, intended for building production facilities for other branches of industry, infrastructure, logistic and other requirements for the activities of companies.

Chemical park

Chemical park with a total area of 62 hectares, intended for building new production facilities for the chemical industry.

Energy island

Energy island and infrastructure – an area of 21 hectares is intended for building infrastructure and energy capacity needed for the chemical park: a plant for the final treatment of waste water, thermal treatment of waste, a power plant for steam production, a gas substation and other shared buildings and facilities.

Ecological island

Ecological island – an area of 10 hectares intended for the disposal and removal of industrial waste from the site.

Future expansion

The configuration of the site allows for future expansion and further development of production facilities for the industrial chemical plant.

A working group set up by the Serbian Government with representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and the appropriate ministries will also be involved in the process of planning and designing the infrastructure on the area envisaged for the industrial chemical park.
